Who we are
IngenieurConsult QHSE GmbH was founded to close a gap in the mid-market consulting landscape: advisory work that combines depth of standards with the reality of production. Most engagements are run personally by Andreas Linder; where needed we work with a stable network of freelance specialists.
We see ourselves as a generalist in the QHSE field, with a focus on food, aerospace, medical devices, automotive and metal and mechanical engineering. Our ambition: certification-ready systems that are actually carried in day-to-day operations.
The company is based in Cologne; on-site engagements run throughout Germany. We use remote work where it brings speed; on-site work where trust is built and audits actually take place.

Andreas Linder
Managing Director, mechanical engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur, TU) and audit-experienced QHSE consultant. Over 25 years as Head of Quality Management in industry — today on the consulting side of the mid-market.
Background
Andreas Linder is a mechanical engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur, TU) and built his career in industry. For over 25 years he worked as Head of Quality Management in manufacturing companies — with responsibility for QM systems, supplier quality, complaint handling and the support of certification and customer audits.
From this line-management responsibility he knows the reality of plant, shift and product liability first-hand. Today he brings that experience into consulting as Managing Director of IngenieurConsult QHSE GmbH: hands-on, structured and with a clear sense of what a QM or HSE system actually has to deliver in day-to-day operations.
