Positioning
Audits are not a necessary evil — they are a management tool, when done with sound methodology. We audit at your site, at your suppliers, or support you through external certification audits. With audit-proven experience across several standards.
What you achieve with us
- Effective internal audits that surface non-conformities before the external auditor arrives.
- Robust supplier audits — also multilingual and international.
- Successful certification and re-certification audits.
- Mock audits as an honest stocktake ahead of important deadlines.
- Trained internal auditors who can work independently.

What clients ask at the start
Which standards do you audit?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, IFS Food, IFS Broker, IATF 16949 (process/system audit), AS/EN 9100, EN 13485.
How does a mock audit differ from an internal audit?
The mock audit is tuned to the realistic flow of an external audit — same questions, same depth, same time structure. The internal audit is methodologically similar but is primarily an effectiveness check.
Can you also audit international sites?
Yes, across Europe. In English without issues, other languages with an interpreter.
How long does a typical supplier audit take?
One to two days on site plus preparation and follow-up. For critical suppliers often with action tracking over several months.
Can we use you as an external auditor for the certification body?
No — as consultants we are not accredited. But we prepare you so the accredited audit runs smoothly.
How many audits do you support per year?
Across all standards roughly 15–25, with a large share being certification and re-certification audits.
"We did a mock audit before our IATF re-certification — it uncovered two larger weak points that would have become major non-conformities in the real audit."
