Positioning
Training only works when it starts from real cases on the shop floor and participants leave with a methodology that works the next day. We offer our trainings in two formats: as in-house training at the client, tailored to specific products and processes, or as an open event with participants from different companies – ideal for individual participants and smaller teams. A detailed description of the problem-solving training (4-day intensive course covering 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA) is available in our Insights section.
What you achieve with us
- Participants master an end-to-end methodology (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA) and apply it to their own real cases during the training.
- HACCP teams can run hazard analyses independently, derive CCPs / OPRPs and defend them in an audit.
- Shift leaders and production staff understand food safety requirements well enough to put them into practice in their own shift.
- Outcome-oriented format: every participant leaves the training with a concrete case from their own organisation.
- Certificate of attendance with learning content – usable as evidence in audits and personnel development.
What we actually do
Problem-solving training (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA)
4-day intensive training in structured problem analysis and sustainable problem solving. Suitable for quality, production and engineering teams. Either in-house at the client with own cases, or as an open event with a mixed audience.
HACCP training
Foundation or advanced course on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points: hazard analysis, CCP determination, OPRPs, verification and validation. In-house at the client with reference to real products and equipment, or as an open event with participants from various industries.
Food safety training
Practice-oriented training on food safety to FSSC 22000, IFS Food / IFS Broker and BRCGS – including food defence, food fraud, allergen management and quality culture. In-house at the client or as an open event.
In-house format
Training directly at the client site, tailored to specific products, processes and cases. Recommended from around 4 participants. Dates and depth on agreement, can be combined with internal auditor training.
Open event
Dates for individual participants and smaller teams from different companies. Cross-industry exchange, compact structure, certificate of attendance. Dates on request.
Certification in four phases
Gap Analysis
Assessment of the current state against the target standard — in writing, with effort estimate.
Concept
Action plan, document structure, responsibilities and timeline.
Implementation
Support with documentation, training and embedding processes in daily operations.
Certification audit
Internal audit, management review, support during the external certification audit.
What clients ask at the start
What does an in-house training cost?
Daily rate for the trainer plus preparation and material. For a 4-day problem-solving training typically in the low five-figure range – cost-effective from around 4 participants. We are happy to prepare a concrete quote.
Which training fits our situation?
Depends on the starting point, audit cycles and target audience. For mandatory 8D in complaint handling: problem-solving. For initial or re-certification FSSC / IFS / BRCGS: HACCP or food safety training. We clarify this jointly in the first hour.
How many participants are sensible?
In-house 4 to 12 participants – fewer becomes expensive per head, more reduces the depth of work on own cases. Open events typically run with 6 to 10 participants.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of attendance, duration and learning content. For 8D / problem-solving trainings this is a common piece of evidence in customer audits.
Do you also train in English?
Yes – both problem-solving and HACCP / food safety training can be delivered in German or English. Typical for international sites.
Can trainings be combined with an audit or mock audit?
Yes, often a sensible combination. Example: HACCP training one day, followed by a mock audit the next day – the content is fresh and weak points become visible in a real setting.
"On the last day participants actually worked on a live 8D from our largest OEM customer. It was not a training case – it was reality. That is exactly why it worked."
